Carl Rugen, Electrical Operations Manager (North West)IQA’s Liverpool Office completed its first changeover of 41 flats at “ The Towers” multi storey block in Birkenhead. The successful changeover was completed in close consultation with ScottishPower and Wirral Housing Partnership who were both in attendance on the day. ScottishPower Engineer Billy Jones said “excellent bunch of guys who worked hard and professionally to make the changeover go so smoothly. Well done to all involved”.
